Looking for recruitment specialist
₹100-400 INR / jam
MUST have access to one of paid account in Ziprecruiter, Indeed or an ATS that can post jobs and source high volume of candidates.
For this role, we will provide you with a database of jobs that refreshes on a daily basis, you will do the following:
1) Search for jobs in the database that you can source for
2) Email / Reach out to candidates in the US that match those roles
3) Confirm with candidates that have applied
You will not need to call candidates and do not need to ensure they are hired. This role only requires that you have them apply directly to the postings in our database.
