Hey All! I need an Online Assistant to work around 2-4 hours per day, for 5 days per week. Each day you must start at 8am AEDT (Sydney, Australia) The main task is to send orders and answer phone calls. We get around 5 orders per day, and around 5 phone calls per day. Bonus will be given on performance and extra sales via phone or email Requirements -Shopify experience is preferred but not required -Speak clear english (Phone Support will be tested) -Write readable english over email (Email support will be tested) -Must have own internet and laptop Daily Responsibilities: 1. Answering Phone calls via Skype (New Orders, Customer queries, Existing Orders) 2. Emailing Orders to Vendors (Send Shopify Orders to order the product for the customer) 3. Fulfilling Orders via Shopify (Checking Emails for Invoices and adding Tracking codes in Shopify) 3. Answering Customer Questions from Email or Facebook (New Orders, Customer Queries, Existing Orders) 4. Checking on old existing Orders if on backorder or unavailable (Check Emails from Vendors to see the product is not in stock) Secondary Tasks (weekly or monthly tasks) - Adding new products to Shopify - Review and research on product pricing - Updating Mailchimp with monthly promotions - Add Vendor Invoices into Spreadsheet Project Type: Ongoing project You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: Please answer why you would like this position.

I have previously worked as an Executive Assistant in a winery here in Italy and also as a Customer Care Specialist during college. I've always been in direct contact with customers or suppliers, so I know my way around. I haven't used Shopify yet, but I'm sure that my fast learning skills will enable me to quickly master it.
