Hearing Help is an online expert audiology advisory service. Customers can go online to [login to view URL] and browse helpful hearing information, take an online hearing test, ask questions via online chat and seek the trusted support they need to take the best care of their hearing. We want to build greater awareness of the Hearing Help service and this brief outlines 3 deliverables to help us to achieve our goal. 1. Research and compile a list of relevant organisations that Hearing Help can reach out to in the future and ask to partner with to create some content together and to request reciprocal links to be added to our websites. A template has been provided for this with some initial organisations that we have deemed relevant. We are seeking a total of 300+ organisations to contact in total. 2. Research and compile a list of relevant websites where Hearing Help could list itself as a service available to Australian customers. The typical type of site that would be suitable would be anywhere that a customer might go to search and select a health care service or provider. The websites should be suitable to list the Hearing Help business name, web address and contact details. 3. Research and compile a list of relevant podcasts that Hearing Help could potentially contact to offer an interview/story. The relevant podcasts might be interested in hearing, hearing aids, online hearing tests and healthcare and wellness more generally. We estimate that it will take 15-20 hours to complete the above work. If you provide us with high quality output then we plan to provide more work in Second Phase of work, which may involve reaching out to some of these organisations on our behalf and creating the listings etc.
