Please refer my current job role 1. Tag and monitor Fixed Assets 2. Ensure that receivables are collected promptly 3. Record Cash receipts and follow up bank deposits and record bank deposits to the system 4. Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account 5. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy 6. Monitor the petty cash float and follow up subsequent reimbursement and Record relevant petty cash entry 7. Supervising the Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Stores and IT, 8. Record all journal entry to the system 9. Preparation of monthly financial and management statement including statement of comprehensive income (Profit and Loss statement), Statement of Financial position (Balance sheet statement), Cash Flow statement, Daily Sales report, Food and Beverage Flash Report etc. 10. Maintain the chart of accounts. 11. Open supplier accounts in the system 12. Recording inter-company transaction and related reconciliation 13. Coordinate Monthly & Surprise Stock Counts, Month end stock reconciliation, 14. Handling all Statutory Payments such as VAT,NBT,TDL,PAYE, EPF and ETF etc. 15. Monitor the accuracy of credit card reconciliation. 16. Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management. 17. Follow up payroll process and service charge preparation. 18. Provide clerical and administrative support to management. 19.
