Excel VBA program required

I will make payment on hourly scheme ONLY through the website. No direct payments will be made including through paypal or some other similar option. The data can contain upto 4000 rows and has two columns – date and value. Input date I1 has to be validated and the user should be prompted to enter the date in the range or exit the program without crashing. First purchase of quantity I2 will be made on date I1. If the price on any date in the range subsequent to I1 satisfies the annual profit condition the program should display such date along with the gross total purchase price and the gross total notional value. In this case I4 and I5 will not be used at all. In case the price does not meet this profit percentage condition (I3), then the program will check for prices to find out the first date when it is less by I5 percent. If this condition is found an additional purchase of I2*I4 is made thus reducing the average procurement price. Taking the purchase cost on different dates, the condition if profit percentage is met will be checked on the following dates. If met then the program should display such date along with the gross total purchase price and the gross total notional value. At this stage I2 will be updated as I2*I4. The above cycle follows till either the date when the profit percentage condition is displayed or there is a deadlock. Deadlock happens when the price neither raises adequately to meet the profit percentage condition or there is no opportunity to buy comes based on I5. If deadlock occurs then the program should display “Deadlock” and end after user presses the OK button. I have attached a rough flowchart with this. Please go through the same and respond soon.
