• Based at - Information Services
Job Purpose Summary
Reporting to Team Leader leading the Knowledge Management activities for effective capturing and sharing of information and knowledge for the Development Office, (including preparing reports to be shared with donors and the communities)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
o Coordinate with various teams to ensure the donor’s report to be delivered on time
o Collect and consolidate the information for the donor’s report
o Update the collected information into the donor and project management database
o Prepare and validate data/information to be presented in the donor’s report
o Assist in development and review of the Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) within the office
o Other related ad hoc assignments
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognised university or polytechnic (degree related to information technologies in business or computer science will be an asset)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (proficient in applying formula and using pivot table, knowledge in Macro/VBA will be given preference)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Powerpoint) and Outlook
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Resourceful and analytical
• Methodical, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Able to interact and work with senior management Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
