Microsoft office 2010 or open source
here is what I want:
A form with all possible fields (some required and some not) that my admin staff have to fill in. It will be details like name, address, phone number and a few other details (required) as well as individual fields like product purchased, payment term etc (not all required).
Now this is the thing: I want some fields to go to an invoice template, some to another contract template and all of them to be stored in a database and/or even more templates.
EG. Field A,B and C has to go to all templates, Field D only to invoice template and Field E only to contract template.
I think it can be done in either access or excel, but I have not got the time nor the experience to work it out. Any other options would be considered.
I am more concerned about workability than [login to view URL] I have to be able to edit the templates.
I recon it is an easy job if you know access, excel, office or similar.
Need it done asap.
I can do this in any program you want, but Ms Access will be better, as this will be easy for you to manage. Award the project and let me start the work. Thank you!!
