I am and internet marketplace seller, doing the bulk of my business on Amazon Marketplace and Sears Marketplace. I currently sell over 1000 SKU's, so updating my inventory becomes a big time waster for me. The way that I currently update my inventory is by manually entering the inventory on hand that my supplier has into my inventory uploading templates for Amazon and Sears. The items being sold are rugs, all coming from one supplier.
What I need is for someone to create an excel spreadsheet for me that will be able to automatically pull the inventory from my supplier's daily inventory report and place it into my Inventory templates for Amazon and Sears. This way I can update my inventory daily in a matter of minutes, not hours.
The inventory report that my supplier sends me every day includes the Item UPC code and quantity on hand. The inventory templates for Amazon and Sears also has the item UPC, so the program will need to locate the UPC code from the supplier list and place its corresponding inventory into my template for Amazon and Sears.
I have had someone try to do this for me in the past and it was not successful (the freelancer cold not get the macros to work on my end), so I am looking for someone new to complete the task. Some things that are important to keep in mind:
1. I am using Microsoft Excel 2011 on a Macbook Pro
2. The inventory list that my supplier sends me changes on a daily basis; meaning that the rows on the inventory report are not always the same since new items are added and dropped frequently.
If you think that you can create this Inventory program then I am interested in working with you, I would want to have the program built for Amazon first and then to work on the program for Sears.
I have attached two spreadsheets to this job description: Supplier inventory is a basic version of the daily inventory report that I receive (I took the confidential information out) and the [url removed, login to view] Uploading template (with specific UPC's and codes removed).
