-Email/Chat Support for CRM account: I handle email inquiries and chat for a top CRM tool in the US. I am well versed on how CRM works (creating programs, pipelines, email templates and import contacts).
-Customer Service for Tmobile US and Virgin Media UK.
-Quality Assurance Analyst for Virgin Media UK. I am familiar with Google Docs, Google Apps for work and many other tools commonly used in BPO industry.
-Data Entry. I am very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
