Record audio from script

I have a script that is 1300 words long. About half of it is of a male speaker speaking, and the other half a female speaker speaking. I need English (preferably American) audio for it. Each line will be in it's own file. Each file will be 5 seconds long. I need them as .wav files. In each, the audio will start at about 0.2 seconds. If you can do both the male and the female voice, make your bid for both and put your accent in the description. If you can only do one voice, let me know which voice and what accent in the description and make your bid for just the voice that you can do.
If you need more information to make a bid, let me know with a message. When I give you the information, adjust your bid. Your bid must be accurate. Do not make a bid you that you are not prepared to do the work for.
