PhD holder or university professor with a proven history

This project is a start-up project and will be proof reading, advanced level academic article rewriting, rephrasing, editing,...if needed conducting scientific research based on material provided by me. No academic cheating is acceptable. I am a university professor. I am looking for a freelancer to work as a consular to trust and advise me. The freelancer had to have a PhD in engineering in a very related field to computational solid mechanics and elastodynamics. This start-up project will be proof reading a high level and an advanced level article. Again a PhD in engineering is required. Please read project description before bidding, please make sure you have the required skills, please make sure your bid proposal is accurate and it contains both required budget and deadline for 1 academic journal article. Preference will be given to those with the following proven experiences: - Computational solid mechanics / Elasto-dynamic - Elastic wave or structural dynamics - Lyx/Latex For the successful candidate. There are many sub-projects so this is a seed project.
