Peltier Cooling Project

This is a small personal project. I need to cool a small area using Peltier. I need someone with experience in heat transfer knowledge. I want to use water to transfer the "cool" from Peltier cold side to the small surface area. I then need a heat sink design to remove the heat from other side of peltier. Also a fan to blow the air and water pump to send the cold water to the cooling area.
