I got a DC motor with which Operates .5 to 3 volts.

I have DIP Switch of 4 which will enable 16 speeds (there will be 4 LEDs indicate the speed. the motor can move in two directions (there will be another 2 LEDs indicate the direction)

I can use (expect the the basic elements) BJT, MOSFET and AMPLIFIERS.
