Hi, We conduct bi-weekly events in Delhi, NCR and [login to view URL] is the list of activities we do leading up-to the event. [login to view URL] interested in attending the event can register through a) Out Facebook event Page b) Our website by filling a form. [login to view URL] in the form get captured and an e-mail of conformation is sent to the people who have registered. 3. A reminder email is sent to those who have not registered. At the moment mail chimp is used for sending [login to view URL], an SMS is sent to the database phone number. 4. 1 day prior to the event e-tickets are sent through e-mail 5. At the time of the event people show their e-tickets and register on a physical form at the registration desk. Our Pain Points [login to view URL] the process is done manually at the moment and we would like to automate the following . a. Sending e-mails/SMS to people who have not registered from the existing database b. Generating a QR code and attaching it to the e-ticket so that it can be scanned at the venue which will omit filling physical form. c. Deriving Insights from the existing database and using them.i.e Connecting better with our regular attendees.
