Hi I am working on GaN devices for the last three years, mainly on EPC GAN and device from Nexperia also on other devices. Among other things designing high power class D sub-woofer amplifier and also on power converters. I work on Spice simulation,circuit design and Layout (Gerber). In 2014 I designed extensive test benches for SiC MOSFETs and applied these devices for Solar Grid Tied Inverter. I have along with complete EDA tool setup comprehensive electronic test equipment, I have not broken up milestones, as it can only be done after discussion. Best wishes for your project Adi
