I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - as you stated, i will need the pcb 3d model, the type or at least the dimensions of the battery, to know how the battery make contact with the pcb, dimensions of the optical system (only window or is a lens?) 2 - the enclosure need to have special protection? (splash proof, waterproof, gasket) 3 - any buttons? i will need to know their positions 4 - which is your preferred design style? 5 - it is necessary to have an eyelet? 6 - do you have at least some rough sketches/drawings on how you envision the enclosure? Hi, This project looks interesting. I can help you get this done. I would need to see designs you have in mind as well and of course the pcb that you need enclosing. On top I can also get in touch with injection moulding manufacturers who can also give a report on whether the design is mouldable or not. Do you have a material in mind?
