We will use Arduino cloning technique and will remove the extra components only a chip (AVR atmega 328 or other variant) for bluetooth module we recommend to use HM-11 with batter response and less power consumption, Module dimensions are smaller than HC-05 (working principle is same as HC-05). Im designing different electronics devices, mostly based on avr, arm MCUs and boards with them like arduino, stm-discovery etc. (autopromotion^)) Your tast is pretty common, used to do a lot of same. I can design single pcb containing everything needed. We will chnage arduino mins board to atmega328 mcu( that is used in mini), sound board with amp itself etc, add all suportive elements like power regulator, leds etc. SO you will have 1 piece small pcb of any shape or fitting some existing enclosure, and no need to change software. Lets talk.

Your project description is very clear. I have experience in PCB design for commercial products using KiCad design tools. An advantage of KiCad is that it's free, so if you need to modify the design files in future, there is no expensive license needed. I will deliver: - Schematic and 2-sided PCB design files in KiCad 5 format - Gerber files that are ready to send to PCB manufacturer - Bill-of-materials list of components needed - Placement file to be used with automatic pick-n-place equiment - Assembly drawing to be used when manually soldering. I would layout the PCB like this: - HC-05 module at the edge of the board, so that antenna performance is optimized. - Arduino ATmega328P directly on PCB. - MAX4466 mic amp parts directly on PCB. - Power switch parts directly on PCB. - Micro-USB connector and usb-serial chip directly on PCB. - Indicator LED directly on PCB. Looking at the parts needed, I estimate that the PCB size would be approximately 50 x 30 millimeters if all parts are on one side, which is cheapest for automated assembly. If needed, double-sided assembly can make it a bit smaller. To make the design, I will need the layout or schematic of the current adapter PCB.

Hi. I work as Hardware Engineer in a company that develop IOT projects. My responsibilities in the enterprise are: Design the electronic circuits (analog, digital, control and power); Develop the code for the MCU and embedded systems using software like MPLAB X IDE, Arduino IDE and Python; Test and simulate the schematic of the circuit through simulation software (Proteus and MATLAB/Simulink); Calculate the electrical parameters of the components to implement the circuits on a PCB; Design the PCB of the electronic circuits using software like Altium and Eagle; Redesign schematics and PCB layout for old prototype of circuits with the idea of update the embedded system with new technologies. I have made projects relationated with the home automation using the internet of things using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules (ESP8266, ESP32 and Rapsberry Pi) and TCP/IP protocol mostly, but also using UART, I2C, SPI and 1 WIRE to communicate MCU with sensor, mostly current sensors and humidity and temperature sensor (DHT22).
