Raspberry camera design

I need a camera design for raspberry pi 3, but instead of the flat cable, I need a rca connector, the same way it exists in cftv cameras.

The sensor used will be the OV5647, the same used in the raspbery camera.

I need something like the attached photo but with rca connectors instead of the flat cable for communication.

I need the project files (gerber, bom, schema) and firmware.
