e-Learning - Integrate Qualtrics Survey with Articulate Rise 360

I am currently involved in an initiative which involves following products: - Articulate 360 (Content Authoring tool), more specifically Rise 360 - LMS (Moodle, ScormCloud) - Qualtrics (Survey Tool) We are building an online e-learning course which will be hosted in an LMS platform. As a part of this initiative, we will be having a qualtrics survey built and it needs to become a part of pre and post course. Also, when the surveys are completed, the information needs to be recorded against the individual on qualtrics (consider this information is fetched from LMS and passed on to Qualtrics as a part of an API Call or similar). Please ask questions for clarification. Also, do share with me a work you've done in these lines for the project to be awarded. All I need is a demo from you where a content is built using Rise-360, a survey is done in Qualtrics, use Scorm Cloud as LMS platform (it's free for 10 users) and prove that the integration is possible
