Django website update - Create Events, Groups, Comments

My budget for the below is: $150 This project is broken up into four parts: 1. Events - I am currently building out a section of the website where users can submit to the website events (such as social gatherings). I need the events section finished. Users should be able to create and: a. Set the event to public or private b. Invite friends (RSVP) to the event c. Post discussions on the event page (using web sockets) c. Create comments on discussions (using web sockets) d. Upload an Event Image Header image Most of the [login to view URL] has been created by me, but additional work needs to be done 2. Groups - Groups are just like events, but instead of inviting users to an event, users can create groups that they can invite their friends to. Users can create groups that: a. Are public or Private b. They can invite their friends to join the group c. Post discussions (using web sockets) d. Comment on discussions (using web sockets) 3. Photos - Users should be able to upload images to the site in several ways: a. Upload images when creating a post (in groups, events and the [login to view URL] page) b. Upload images to their [login to view URL] page. These images can be either: i. public ii. private (this means only friends can see them) iii. password protected (the user sets a custom password and can give this out to whomever they choose) c. Photos that are shown on the [login to view URL] page will be grouped by: i. public (these are all images that are posted as public images in events, groups and on the [login to view URL]) ii. private (if a non friend clicks on this, no images will be loaded) iii. password protected (if a non friend or someone without the password clicks on it, it will not be shown. Instead a prompt for the password will be shown) Please note: There is a GLOBALS table that loads all references to images. 4. Sign up & Allow user to edit profile & Home page - 1. Currently, users can sign up and use the site. Users should be asked to crop their first upload of a profile picture. This picture will be displayed to the user where they can accept the crop. If they do not like the cropped image, they can crop it again until they are satisfied. Once they are satisfied, clicking NEXT will upload the reference to the image to the database and media folder. 2. All users are asked to send a verification photo. This functionality currently works and an administrator has to manually approve the profiles. Here's what I need done: When an administrator approves the photo, an email is sent to the user letting them know their profile has been approved. 3. The [login to view URL] has been altered to not allow users that have not been approved to log in, but I need you to look over the code to make sure users ABSOLUTELY cannot log in to the site until their profile has been approved in step #2. 4. When a user is able to log in, allow the user to edit their profile. They can upload a new profile image (they must crop it again) and they can change any text field except their username. 5. On the home page, users should have the ability to place posts (and comments to posts) and be able to upload images in comments and posts. Images should be loaded in a lightbox. Most of the coding is done and you are not building this from scratch.
