Customer Fills out an application and verifies phone number with Twillo API via our front-end website on every webpage this application will exist. 2. The system randomly selects up to 5 agents based on property type, customer type, and town, city/state 3. The agents are emailed “ a customer has made an inquiry and is looking into hiring you, please click here to login to your account and fill out a proposal. 4. The agent fills out the proposal form it excludes the agents last name and contact info(number, email), on their profile but shows all other profile info. 5. The customer is emailed “An agent has filled out a proposal and is ready to work for you, please click here to login to your account and review the proposal.” 6. The customer logs into their account review the proposal and has an option to interview one agent at a time. They must cancel one interview to interview another. 7. The agent will be notified if a customer has agreed to interview them and be emailed a link to view the customer's full profile page including phone number email etc. 8. The system will email all site agent members on a weekly basis “reminder to update the status of your referral transactions on the site, if you are no longer working with your referral please cancel the transaction, if you are working with your referral please add a note on the status of the referral, and upload any files that may pertain to the transaction. also on the agent and customers profile, we want an area where we can upload a contract agreement we have with them.
