Recover data from Delphi .exe

I need for someone to investigate the attached Delphi .exe written in the early 2000s to determine if any data relating to the poles within it can be recovered, and if so, to recover it for me.

Exe's doesn't store any data. It is database as simple as xml or file which are stored. Please check if you have any additional file. It is likely some configurations are hard coded, that can be extracted from exe.
