How you can describe amount of work to do? ( parcels, square area, municipality, land records ) What quality criteria? Have you definition of parcels recognition process? Have you base data such as area centroids/ lat,lon records?

I use Transcad to deliver instead of QGIS. It uses google earth images in allowing tracing of areas required. The 5 days is a rough estimate because it depends on the volume of work. It may even take less (1day) given I'm set up allready and use this software daily to do transport planning. Kindly provide more detail of the work required. Hi, This project can be done so simply for me as I have a very good experience in mapping ,photogrammetry, GIS and Cartography for more than 12 years. I work mostly on ARCGIS but still know how to deal with open source and free software like QGIS as I did before many times with no problems. Will need to know the required AOIs and final output format with the schema of the data description@attribute table.
