Check Ruby on Rails/Heroku Setup to remove memory leaks and build capacity

I am fortunate to have been able to have a background in Ruby on Rails programming which, whilst acceptable, isn't quite allowing me to resolve some problems I have. I have written "backend server code" for an iPhone App which, on being uploaded to Heroku, is causing problems. And I can't locate them and have no idea if the Dyno setup, Unicorn etc is appropriate or even correct. I am therefore looking for someone who I can spend time working with who will show me where the ruby code can be improved, how to remove Heroku R14 errors (possible memory leaks according to Oink?) and who can help me configure the servers to allow for a chat application (like Blendr but not!), to operate effectively. Preferably I will be able to work with someone located in or near Melbourne, Australia. This is not a request to have someone do all the work for me but to work with me. I am keen to improve my own skills but have a time limit now for the launch of the app which has to have the "backend" working effectively and which can be scaled over time to meet anticipated demand.
