INSTRUCTIONS. #1. I give you a program that searches out websites that you can comment on. #2 You download google toolbar and use the PageRank toolbar to see if you should comment on the website #3 You go to a website that the program gives you and you see if it has any PageRank #4 If it does have pagerank I want you to SKIM the article (dont waste your time reading it) and write a comment about it.
