Excel Data Entry

I have programs that scrape web pages and put the output into Excel worksheets. The programs are pretty good but I need some hand cleaning to take place. I suspect there will be about thirty hours of work a month. It will not be particularly urgent other than when a particular piece is delivered I will want the service provider to respond with a pretty firm and specific indication of when the work will be completed. Then they need to meet the deadline. I would rather pay by the hour but am willing to pay on some other basis. I know roughly how long it will take me to do the same work and will use that to judge whether or not I think your effort is appropriate. I want to keep this in small chunks so we don't have an argument about whether or not the effort or quality is enough. I will always pay the small chunk but if I am not happy with the quality or speed then I will just seek new bids. Your work can take place offline I thought about posting this as full time but I would rather trry out the relationship for a week or two before posting it as full time. I will repost as full time once a solid working relationship has been established. At that point you will not have to pay any additional transaction fees. I will cover any transaction fees after the first week until the project is converted to full time.
