We are searching for an experienced developer to assist in an ongoing project. We need someone experienced in connecting to APIs, Web Scraping and automating document filing. In our line of work we reveiw our client’s invoices from their online vendor portals in order to make sure they are being billed correctly. Currently, a large portion of our time is spent manually downloading these invoices from the vendor websites.
We would like to streamline this process by doing the following:
-Download the latest bills automatically each month via each vendor’s website API integration for any client we have a login for
-Place the bills into an appropriate folder in dropbox (or other cloud solution) depending on who the vendor.
-Potentially have the PDF files that are downloaded automatically labeled by account number/date (this could require some light OCR work)
-We want an interface that is easy to use, and easy to set up additional login credentials as we add new clients and need to download more vendor invoices. Having a simple and expandable user interface is pretty important.
We have the logins for our clients and would like this be a fully automated solution. The documents should just appear in the correct folders as soon as they are available on the vendor website. Our first vendor to implement this with will be Waste Management ([login to view URL]). We would like this up and running within 2 weeks. After the first connection is working properly, we will add more to the list. Additionally, these connections are likely to require maintenance on occasion and it would therefore be ideal to have a long term partner for this project.

We have seen services in the past that do similar things, such as HubDoc ([login to view URL]). Unfortunately, they are not willing to update their code frequently enough to allow them to be useful for us. Therefore we are pursuing our own custom version.
So we need a solution that will:
1. Use our client's online login credentials to automatically login to the vendor's website.
2. Access and download the most recent PDF invoice
3. Ideally label that PDF by Account number/Date (this is not a deal breaker but something we would like to have)
4. Store that PDF in a connected Dropbox Folder (or other online storage option but preferably Dropbox as that is what we use currently)
5. Repeat steps 1-4 and 'fetch' new invoices each month or as new ones appear on the vendor online portal.
