We are looking for someone to join our team as an administrative assistant. This person will perform a variety of administrative duties each day intending to WOW our Residents and potential new Residents. If you think you are this person, please email your resume! Tasks include: -Data Entry -Answer telephones in a positive respectful professional manner. -Compose brief letters and correspondence using good grammar, spelling and punctuation. -Use email, fax machine, copy machine, filling, and calculator. -Be dependable and on time. -Responsible for processing applications and verifications. -Responsible for organization and appearance of you work area and overall office areas. -Ordering supplies. -Assisting Administrator with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed. -Prioritizing a variety of tasks with little supervision and being able to work independently. Candidate must be located in USA only, Any city or state in USA.
