We are looking for a full time/part time office Administrator to run day to day operations: phones, set appointments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoice, scheduling. Must have a good understanding of word, excel, quickbooks, great communication and written skills. Bi-lingual a plus. This is a hectic sometimes fast pace environment. must work hard, be focused, and more importantly a self motivated positive individual. Full time/ Part time position for the correct person.
