MANUAL data entry and lead qualification.

Hello, I have a small excel spreadsheet task validating the quality of a leads list of businesses that I have received. I need someone to go through the list of 100 leads and check them for quality. In the list is the business URL. You just need to click on the URL link for the website, and browse around the site to check some key business information for the lead. The things I need checked are: - Confirm that the business is in my State - Check the address is no further from Perth than 2 hours drive. Rockingham and Henderson is ok, but if the lead is in Albany or Kalgoorlie or Broome its too far. - Confirm that the business is in the correct industry (I need it in metal engineering, machining, CNC, laster cutting) - Make a selection from a drop down list on the quality of the lead - Is the business in retail? Is the business in servicing/maintenance? - We are not interested in businesses like this. If the business is in my industry, area then please list it as "To Call" and the cell will turn green. Select one of the following selections from drop down: TO CALL - Good lead NOT RELEVANT - The business doesn’t MAKE anything or is not in the Machining, Engineering, Laser cutting, CNC Machining space RETAIL - The business doesn’t MAKE anything, it just sells parts or new machinery SERVICE/MAINTENANCE - The business doesn’t MAKE anything, it just repairs machinery OUT OF STATE - the business is not in WA TOO REMOTE - the business is too far from Perth, more than 2 hours drive - List a quick description of the businesses main services - "Engineering and Machining - CNC and Laser cutting" This is a manual task. It's ok if you are unsure about anything, just put UNSURE in the "Freelancer - Notes" Column and I can check it myself. I'd rather you say UNSURE than mark it as a bad/good lead and then results in me missing a good/bad lead. I estimate there is 3-4 hours work here if you are fast with data entry. I have included a sample of the full leads list I have to this job.
