Insert Amazon Products on WooCommerce with Affiliate Links and Write Descriptions

I am building a website that lists products from Amazon using WooCommerce, with 'buy product' links to Amazon using the Amazon US Affiliate Program. I am looking for a freelancer to help by adding products from Amazon as products on WooCommerce.

For this job there are under 300 products to list (around 250 is my estimate) and I have already done 9 and the process is very painless and easy, as I have a list of products I want to include ready. I just want this site working quicker so I can concetrate on marketing instead of data entry.

I will explain the whole simple process here with the following steps. You will need to have one browser window open logged into my WP and one window open on Amazon (+ another website where the specific products are listed), whilst logged into my Amazon Affiliate account.

1. In a logical order, pick a product from the existing "website X"

2. Click on the Amazon affiliate link of "website X" and you get to the products landing page (In the rare case the link is broken/out of stock, just search for the product on Amazon and choose the same one with the lowest price. If not found on Amazon, then ignore).

3. Add new product on WooCommerce

a) Insert product name

b) Write 'long description' (not really long, just few technical features of the product as bullet points)

c) Choose relevant categories (sometimes multiple)

d) Choose 'Product Data' as 'External/Affiliate Product'

e) Copy the price from Amazon

f) Choose linked products -> Cross-Sells and add a few similar products or ones that fit together

g) Add short product description of 50-100 words (sometimes less as there isn't much to say or written in Amazon). You can use the existing Amazon description as your source but write it uniquely in American English. The description needs to be funny and be in line with the sites general writing style. (I will give advice for this and you can look at other products I have listed).

h) Save the product pictures from Amazon (1-3), rename them to e.g. 'example-outdoor-gadget' and set the best / most clear one as Featured Image, plus the rest as Add product gallery images.

i) Add a couple of product tags

4. On the Amazon affiliate page, click on the top left corner on 'Short Link To This Page' to get my unique affiliate link. Copy this link and add it on the WooCommerce product on the 'Product URL'

5. Add 'Buy from Amazon' for the Button text

Voila, done! If you keep 2 windows open on a big screen, wordpress in one and Amazon + "Website X" (2 tabs) on another, this job is really quick and easy.

Some points:

-The descriptions have to be well written and funny, in line with the style of the site

-No copy pasting! Content must be unique except for the price and sometimes name. (but often the Amazon names are boring long keyword baits anyways).

-You can use the example of products I've already added so its really easy.

-If the job is done well I might have further work for the future as I plan to create a UK version.
