I’d like to be capable to fill different PDF’s with an Excel Database. The tool should have the following characteristics:
1) I want to upload my “PDF Sample” in the program and receive the fillable fields, where, somehow, for each field, I can choose any column of my excel-database.
2) The tool should have the option of save this “template” for futures fills, because I wanna make more than one template.
3)I’d like to have the option of choose which row, for the columns previously selected, will be my data. The tool should fill one form for each row chosen and save each filled PDF file in a location in the hard drive chosen by the user (eg. if the user chooses 5 lines, the tool should fill 5 forms and save 5 PDFs, each with the data from one of the lines)
4) For better understanding, I’m uploading two files: the excel-database “Sample”, one (previously filled) fillable pdf “Ficha Cadastral Pessoa Fisica Individual Example” and the same fillable PDF “Ficha Cadastral Pessoa Fisica Individual”, in blank.
For each field in the PDF file “Ficha Cadastral Pessoa Fisica Individual Example”, we’ve indicated (in the yellow commentary balloons) the cell from which the data should be originated, considering that, in the example, we want to fill the data from the first data line of the table (line 3).
