Small downtown Prescott financial office has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include all aspects of a document intensive office including telephone, mail, shipping, filing, light bookkeeping and assisting other members of the office team.

Applicants must have a minimum 2 years of administrative experience, experience with Quicken/QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), excellent organizational and communication skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail is a must.

Employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screen.
