We required Data entry Operators to enter Data of attendance of around 50,000 participants/rows in MS. Excel. We will provide you with MS Excel Format and PDF file which is hand Written and you need to type that file for us in Excel Format. (sample attached)
The attendance sheet contains 16 Fields as detailed below
- 08 Fields are repeating which means you need to type once and it will auto fill in Excel sheet
these are
Sheet/Training Number, Date of Training, Name of Venue, Province, District, Department, Name of Trainer, DTC Name
- 4 fields need to be typed. Excel and sample Data Sheet is attached for reference.
Name, CNIC Number, Date of Birth, Contact Number
- 03 fields have minor variation information
Designation, Grade (5, 9, 14 etc), Gender (only M for male or F for female), Appointed as (only two options PO or APO)
In the "Issues Found (If Any)" column you have to write issue detail for example name not readable, CNIC incorrect (if total digits are less than 13), Phone Number not readable

My views on this task is that it is not possible for a single person to process 50000 rows in just 3 days, even I am an expert of Excel (Know VBA macro creation using this I can gear up this task) alongwith approx 50 words per minute typing speed, I can do only 6000 rows (30 hr * 200 rows) or by putting immense effort it could be maximum 10000 rows in 3 days.
