Data entry project for digital coupons

Project Summary The exact data entry process is: check file with daily data sources on trello check file with advertiser rules and restrictions on trello open google spreadsheet and start with data entry from data sources select the corresponding values for the entries you make (guidelines given) which are not copied information from the data sources or own written content write the title and description of the coupon you created (the rules are given in the advertiser file → most important section) update status information on trello board The dry run which has to be achieved in this project is of up to 200 entries for the file that will be shared. We want to see both the mechanical ability to make the entries in the correct format but foremost we want to see high quality, native level English coupon descriptions. Project Description This project is about a daily data entry task for the creation of digital coupons. The work consists of multiple steps around collecting, copying, writing and formatting data entries in a Google spreadsheet. The information on where to find the data and the exact specifications will be given on a daily basis and the digital coupon creation process must be backed by a solid quality assurance method which ensures high quality output that can go to consumers without further revision. Onboarding videos will be provided to have a full visual step-by-step guide of the data entry process. The client, who buys these digital coupons, integrates these as a main component of their business, so high quality and timely delivery is key. This project is a dry run to test the ability to search and handle the data properly. If this dry run is successful, then the client will book a 1 month trial period with actual live business data to run a final test. The most important factor of this project is that the quality of English must be native English with no margin for error. There is a strict guideline on how to make data entries using a standardised process, which leaves most of the effort to writing a high quality description of each coupon. The second, most important factor of this project is the ability to search relevant and correct information from the provided data sources (i.e. [login to view URL]) in a short amount of time. The sale pages of website often stay the same for a prolonged period of time, therefore finding the relevant information is a doable process and needs to get faster with time.
