I need a Data Entry with attention to details to help with online stores. Good English is a must. This person must be a quick learner, someone who is attentive to details, understands setting project priorities & someone who can multitask, help with some product listings, coordinate teams & provide deliverables and support that is timely and with quality Preferred Skill & Requirements • Passionate about positive customer service experiences and outcomes. • 1+ year of Customer Service experience or a comparable position. • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and numerical). • Web Savvy; an astute user of technology and software in execution of day-to-day duties. • Possess a strong sense of urgency and dedication to conflict resolution. • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making. • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. About the job: This is a long-term project opportunity. We invest in our employees so that you can take excellent care of our customers. We have done a great job of creating a fun and supportive team environment, even though we all work in different places around the world. Once hired, you will participate in a 2-week paid training program with your managers to familiarize you with our website, customer issues, and proper procedures. Even though you will be working remotely, you will never be alone. After training you will still be in constant contact with other representatives and your manager through instant messenger, or Phone during the regular work day. Hello, I'm familiar with data entry in various platforms (Woocommerce, Magento and virtuemart). I’m currently using woocommerce at my job (a retail company). I would be interested in this job for up to 15h/week. I also have been doing customer service, and also contact suppliers. But I usually mostly take care of data, like importing product data from various suppliers with excel in our POS system and Website or with plugins. I know you asked for US candidates only, but I’m in Canada, and I speak English fluently (French too if needed, and a bit of Spanish) I would be interested to know more of what is expected customer service wise, as the job title says Data entry.
