Primary tasks: - Addressing customer trouble tickets - Contacting customers at regular intervals to ensure that they are happy with the service - Ensuring that customer fill out customer satisfaction surveys

Hi, My name is Aleksandar Filipov. I was born in Germany, but I live in Macedonia.
