Insurer Classification

I have a list of health insurance carriers that have provided plans to Medicaid beneficiaries over the years. I am interested in compiling a data set that characterizes these carriers by their ownership status (for-profit vs. non profit), their commercial status (whether they offer plans to private consumers or just to Medicaid beneficiaries) and the model of managed care they employ (do they directly hire physicians and maintain their own care settings or do they network with multiple providers using non-exclusive contracts). I will provide the spreadsheet with the names of the carriers I would like more information about. I believe this project will take about 8 hours.
