Hello, I am looking for a customer success manager to help respond to customer complaints and issues with our services. This would be a full-time project. Please let me know if you are interested. You would have access to our support desk (FreshDesk) and would be in charge of replying to all customer complaints and issues which may come up. I have Diploma in TESOL and over 20 years of computer skill experience. I specialize in copy typing , copy and paste , data entry ,Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel .
