USA based custoemr assistant needed

We have been asked to look into providing phone support for a health related site for a one month period. The company is based in Sydney Australia but has a large USA client base so needs someone to answer the phone while main office is closed. The volume of calls would be minimal around 5-10 day during normal US business hours. No sales required simply taking messages and customer details. Occasionally would need to ring clients to pass on messages from head office. Customer will call out number and we can direct calls to any phone or cell phone. Requirements of the job... 1/ Must be based in America and speak with American accent. 2/ Must be available to answer phone calls Mon-Fri - 9-5pm. 3/ Must have a phone or cell phone to direct calls to. 4/ Must have access to internet and email.
