• Deal directly with customers / Tasker either by telephone, Skype or through CRM Bitrix24 communication channel. • Respond promptly to customer / Tasker inquiries. • Handle and resolve customers / Taskers complaints. • Evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries. • Perform Taskers Onboarding process by conducting a background check, verification of submitted documents, skype interview and provide help for the onboarding process. • Direct contact with Tasker through telephone, chat, and email by provided leads by the operations team. • Create ideas to participate in a social media campaign for Customers and Taskers. • Maintain social media accounts for the promotions of the company. • Look after Admin panel to check day to day activities • Post all activities on Bitrix24 Activities stream. • Communicate and coordinate with other team members and management. • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • feedback on a daily basis and report to the management.
