We are hiring for the position of a Customer Service Representative who will respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions and customer complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. If you enjoy delivering world class customer service over the phone, this position is for you! We are looking for individuals with: Good communication skills Takes direction well Can Do Attitude Reliable Transportation and Ready to Start Today Job Requirements: Outstanding Customer Service Skills Excellent Communication Skills 1 year steady work in Call Center/Customer Service environment! Great Computer Navigation & Typing Skills 30 wpm Ability to pass a Background Investigation and Drug Screen Ability to complete every day of training for 2 weeks Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm w/out absenteeism or Tardiness H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate 18 Years of Age or Older All other duties as assigned

Hi, We have experience in Call center where we worked for a Ticketing Agency. We are proficient with US English and most of us have good speed in Typing as well. We are proficient with Amadeus, Sablre and Worldpsan. We can attend the Training sessions on Skype and show us on Teamviewer. We have a large TV and a conference room so that we can watch the training as well withot any hinderances. We did email support as well for the call center and our response time is withing 5 minutes round the clock. We ahave a 10 seater and we have or can appoint staff to work round the clock as our office is in a prime location where transport is available round the clock as well. If you can provide us with an internet phone which has a US number then we can sharre in on the servers. So please donot hesititate to give us a chance to work for your organization. I am great knowledge of management of customer services because I also worked as 4 year manager in shell Canada as well. I know how to talk to them in way that we can try our best to keep them coming and up sell the products as they interested or whatever up-sell promotion has going on. Also, understanding of their needs and give prompt answer to any kinds of complain or dissatisfied with services.
