WebSite Design Based on HTML , CSS , JS and Bootstrap

Hey, I am looking forward to building webpage for my business, and I would prefer to have it created with pure HTML5, CSS and JS (using Bootstrap or similar templates), so that I would be easily able to edit later as required, and I am not in favor of using wordpress or squarespace which have a lot of limitations in terms of customizations. So basically I , to start with, I would need one Home Page, one About Me Page, one Product Page Template and one Documentation Page Template (fixed width with responsive nested sidebar). I said Template because using this Pages as reference I should be able to add more and more Products and Documentations in the future(by duplicating the template pages and changing the contents). The first milestone will only consists of - 1. the perfect Header as I will describe. It will basically be a set of two headers, one containing youtube and facebook icon and will hide on scrolling, second one below it and have some padding, which will smoothly animate to cover the entire width. The header should be fully responsive. 2. The fixed width sidebar navigation with nested treeview, like in a typical documentation template, and fully responsive. Also the header will be present in this page as well. The second milestone will consist of - 1. The Home Page Design 2. The Documentation Page Design The Third milestone will consist of - 1. The Product Page Design 2. The About Me Page Design 3. The All Products Page Design 4. The Work In Progress Page Design 4. Final Changes and modifications, if necessary 4. Deployment
