Front end development of responsive website and hybrid app

I am looking for a front end web developer with experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and NoSQL DynamoDB. Also, experience with hybrid development PhoneGap/Cordova and FaceBook authentication. I am looking for someone who is good, experienced, fast and efficient. If the project is successful this could be a permanent full time job. Project is going to be broken down into stages 1. Requirements and plans 2. Responsive website development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and NoSQL DynamoDB 3. QA, bug fixing, small improvements 4.
