Fairly Simple JavaFX add, edit and view screen/s

A fairly simple JavaFX Add, Edit and View project. It will serve to teach me some of the basics of JavaFX that elude me so I'm looking for a well written, documented and designed project with good OO principles. It needs to be in Java 8, Maven 3, Junit 4/5 with TestFX tests covering as much of the screen functionality as possible. I would like it to match as closely as possible to design, the coloring and exact sizing is not important except it should conform to any explicitly stated objectives. I'm guessing someone could easily complete this in less than a day and would like to have it no later than Jan 3.
