I am looking for a UI UX designer with the following skills:- Responsibilities:- Design and develop new user-facing features. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Convert UI/UX requirements into appropriate technical solutions. Optimise the application for ease of use, speed and scalability. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Develop React UI Design UX and ensure development meets product vision Work to improve agile practices, testing, planning and reporting of software development Skills And Qualifications:- An eye for layout and design with a keen interest In UX and Front-End Development. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS, and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms. Strong experience with React or similar and JavaScript. UX Design experience with a talent for creating an intuitive and attractive user experience 4+ years' experience building web-based applications Experience working in an agile development environment Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery. Detailed understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX. Experience of image authoring and editing tools, such as Photoshop. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Hi, I do follow these basic principles while designing the UI/UX 1. The design should focus on an experience 2. People scan websites, they don’t read them 3. Users crave simplicity and clarity 4. Know where to get creative and where to use common design patterns 5. Design to capture someone’s attention above the fold rather than design everything above the fold. 6. Scrolling is often faster than paging 7.
