Build a straightforward appointment booking system

We are London based mobile massage company. We need someone to create a booking system which allows customers to book our therapists online. Furthermore, at the back end of the booking system we must be able to add therapist profiles, set their availability and days off etc. The booking system on this site is almost exactly what we require, just designed differently of course: [login to view URL]
We will also need an email to text convertor so that therapists are notified of new bookings by text message. The example web page will give you a very clear idea of what needs to be done for the front end of the website, here are a list of the backend features required:
• Must be able to create staff profiles. Profiles must have pictures that display on front end booking form
• Must have fully functional calendar
• Must be able to set therapist availability, days and times. For example, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun from 11am to 9pm. This will then determine when therapist can be booked on front end booking form. Therapist cannot be booked an hour before or after either appointment. So if they have a booking at 16:30 for one hour the system will not allow another booking until 18:30, and will not allow one that overlaps beyond 15:30.
• Must be able to set therapist holidays so they won’t be available on those dates.
• When a therapist is booked the booking must save in their calendar
• Admin must be able to view all therapists calendars and filter by therapist.
• Ideally some feature that allows us to calculate and generate the total number of appointment hours a therapist has completed within a week.
- Therapists must be able to sign in to add 'breaks' or time slots when they are not available
- Invoicing feature. For every appointment the therapist gets, we charge them commission. This is charged every week, therefore, the system should be able to calculate how many appointments the therapist did in the previous week and send them a basic invoice advising how much commission they owe based on that. This should be automated and happen every Monday.
Looking to get this started as quickly as possible. There is a very clear blueprint to work off which will help, two competitors use the same sort of system we want so you can use them as an example.
