Hi there, UK Expat based in Cambodia here. I am a 3CX advanced certified engineer and can help with the phone system integration. Knowing which CRM system you are currently using would be helpful to determine the issues. Basically it sounds like you need to check the emails for relevant data and upload them via your CRM's API. I am familiar with SuiteCRM, Vtiger and SugarCRM which are all open source. I think having a chat would be beneficial. Best regards Barry
