Hello, Microsoft released Managed DirectX years ago and discontinued the project. Later they provided XNA framework but it didn't last long either. Managed DirectX worked with .NET 2.0 may be 3.5 but not later. So, unfortunately Managed DirectX isn't an option for Visual Studio 2017. SharpDX can be a good option for now. Also, Unity may be a better choice depending on the details. I would like to talk the details in chat to see if I can be helpful for this project. I've been developing C# applications since version 2.0 and quite self-confident but I'm not an "expert of everything". Thanks for reading. Halil
