Tracker Software in C++ or C# language

Design: [login to view URL] Short description of the system: The system represents a tracker that counts how much time was spent for a specific project/task. It does screenshots and it splits automatically the hours according to different projects, using tags associated with a specific project. For example: for project "company A", you will add a tag that can be a picture/screenshot with "company A" Logo; When the system does the screenshot and you have the company Logo on the screen (example: the company's website is open). It will count that minute for "company A" project. The task is to develop/program this system in C++ or C# or/and in the end produce one Mac and on PC-compatible installer / program. Admin tech is already programmed. We have a demo of interface that we can show you if it helps.
